Pilates

Each workout is custom developed with personal one-on-one training just for you and your body's needs.  Our goal is to make you the "best you can be."  Everyone needs a foundation to succeed. A twice a week schedule is recommended to achieve the best result.

Our sessions are between 45 and 50 minutes and teach the form of Pilates so that you will maximize results from your workout.  Additional savings when you purchase a package of 10.

The benefits of yoga seem to have no bounds. Experience increasing balance, positive energy, and heart health. We offer Certified Hatha Yoga,  Anusara Style, Yoga Alliance, and Yoga Bio-Mechanics and alignment of the body.

 

Johnny G's Spinning®

Spinning® doesn't have a lot of requirements—just a desire to get fit and healthy. It was designed to meet the goals of all kinds of participants and is not just for "hard-core" athletes. Classes have a maximum of 5 people. Call us at 513-272-3196 for details.

Trekking

The benefits of walking and running have been known and studied for years. A regular walking or running program can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure and reduce body fat. Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition is the foundation for health. Our bodies are made out of what we eat. We have some cells in the body that are replaced once or twice a week.
