Pilates Bodys is an
Intergrated Health & Wellness Studio.
We offer personalized Pilates including Reformer, Mat and ball training,
Yoga, Johnny G's Spinning®, Trekking, Specialized Massage, and Nutritional
Counseling. All sessions are private or very small semi-private groups

Each workout is custom developed
with personal one-on-one training just for you and your body's needs. Our goal is to make you the "best you can
be." Everyone needs a foundation to succeed. A twice a week schedule is
recommended to achieve the best result.
Our sessions are between 45 and 50
minutes and teach the form of Pilates so that you will maximize
results from your workout. Additional savings when you purchase a package of 10.

Spinning® doesn't have a lot of requirements—just a desire to get fit and healthy. It was designed to meet the goals of all kinds of participants and is not just for "hard-core" athletes.
