The following classes are new and perfect for the  beginner or someone who has never tried Pilates.
 
Introduction to Pilates Reformer Beginner
This is a 30-minute Pilates strength training session for 3-5 students using the Pilates Reformer to condition the entire body. 
3 sessions at a reduced rate of $18.  After completion you can partisapate in  our group reformer class.
 
Pilates Group Reformer ~ Mixed Level
Free trial class available
Pilates strength training session for 3-5 students using the
Pilates Reformer for full body conditioning.
 $200 for 8 classes
Tuesdays & Thursdays @1pm
Mondays & Wednesdays @6pm
 
Pilates Semi-Private ~ Mixed Level
Free trial class available
Pilates strength training session 2 students using all of the Pilates equipment Reformer, Cadillac, Tower of Power, Chair, Mat,
& Circle for full body conditioning. 
$280 for 8 classes
